Burlingame Park is one of Burlingame's oldest and most prestigious neighborhoods, just south of downtown along the Hillsborough border. The streets are wide and quiet under a big canopy of mature trees, with larger lots and many of the city's grand early-1900s homes: Colonial Revivals, Tudors and brown-shingle estates alongside carefully updated classics. It's one of Burlingame's higher-priced areas, with a 12-month median around $3.8M.
Parking & walkability: Most homes have long driveways and garages, and the residential streets have plenty of parking. Burlingame Avenue's shops and restaurants, Washington Park and the Burlingame Caltrain station are an easy walk from most of the neighborhood, one of the few places where you get estate-size lots and a walk to downtown.
