Living in Easton Addition
Easton Addition is one of north Burlingame's classic neighborhoods, laid out in the 1920s on land that once belonged to the Easton family. Its gently sloping, tree-lined streets are filled with Spanish Revival, Tudor and Craftsman homes from the 1920s through the '40s, many thoughtfully remodeled and expanded. It's one of the busiest single-family markets in Burlingame: 47 sales in 2025, most selling within two weeks.
Parking & walkability: Most homes have a driveway and a garage (often detached, set at the back of the lot), and street parking on the residential blocks is generally easy. Broadway's shops, restaurants and coffee spots are a short walk or bike ride from most of the neighborhood, though the streets climb as you head west toward Hillside Drive.
