Woodside is a small, rural town in the hills west of Highway 280, where large lots, horse trails and wooded open space set the tone. It's one of the most distinctive places to own a home on the Peninsula, and one of the most private.
What Woodside is like
Much of Woodside is zoned for lots of one to three acres or more, and the town actively supports horse-keeping, with public and private trails linking neighborhoods to county parks and open space preserves. The compact Town Center has a grocery, hardware store, restaurants and Town Hall for everyday errands. Homes range from estates and ranch properties in central Woodside to hillside and wooded homes along Skyline and in the areas off Woodside Road.
