Lomita Park San Bruno, CA

A small area of single-family homes in a jumble of styles and eras near the Millbrae border.

About the neighborhood

Living in Lomita Park

Lomita Park is a century-old neighborhood near the San Bruno–Millbrae border, once part of Rancho Buri Buri. In 1904 the land between El Camino Real and the San Francisco–San Mateo interurban rail line was platted with streets named after saints and sold as city lots, and most of its modest single-family homes were built before 1960, giving it a jumble of styles and eras. Sales are few, typically 3 or so a year and none so far in 2026, with a 2025 median around $1.1M.

Parking & walkability: Lots are smaller and some homes have one-car garages, so street parking gets busier on some blocks. El Camino Real's shops, the Millbrae BART and Caltrain station and SFO are all a few minutes away.
