Country Club Manor Hillsborough, CA
One of Hillsborough's designated neighborhoods, in the north part of town near the Burlingame Country Club.
Living in Country Club Manor
Country Club Manor surrounds the private Burlingame Country Club, the heart of “original” Hillsborough: the club grew out of cottages developer Francis Newlands couldn't sell, and it became the center of the movement that led to Hillsborough's incorporation on May 5, 1910. Once home to several of the town's grand estates, the area was subdivided in the 1950s and rebuilt with four- and five-bedroom, mostly single-story homes, so a New England-style Cape Cod can sit next to a mid-century ranch. It's one of the town's smallest markets, with only a few sales a year, so medians swing dramatically: in 2025, 6 homes sold at a median of about $6.46M, while a handful of estate sales pushed the 2026 figures far higher.
Parking & walkability: Homes have long driveways and multi-car garages, and Hillsborough has no sidewalks, so this is a driving neighborhood. Burlingame's downtown shops and restaurants along Burlingame Avenue are only a few minutes away, and Highway 280 and 101 are both easy to reach.

Borders are built lot by lot from the county's property lines and where homes have been listed (MLS neighborhood codes), and stay inside official city limits (dashed), so a home or two along an edge may differ from official MLS lines.
